I don’t know what it is about the slight curl of my fingers that turns my hand into a mortal enemy. But, my dogs have always hated “the claw”, Pug especially.
And because it amuses me greatly, the attacks in slow-motion.
My brother Monkey just attacks my pawrents hands out of nowhere. It’s playbiting but my daddy pushes the envelope by staring at him. That is right – STARING. So once my daddy stares at Monkey, Monkey goes for my daddy’s nose. He always tries to bite my daddy’s nose – sometimes harder than others. WOOF!
I think cat’s are especially particular about shapes. I’ve had customers tell me that their cat food brand changed the shape of the kibbles and their cats refused to eat it!

Isn’t it odd how it’s a ‘shape’ that causes the reaction!!? We ahve some toys I don’t like – maybe its the shape too.
