My week in iPhone photos.
My Easter manicure. I’m probably too old for these nails but I thought they were cute and it made me happy! The colors I used are (from L to R): Revlon Colorstay “Bonsai”, Wet n Wild MegaLast “I Need a Refresh-Mint”, Nicole by OPI “Love Song”, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear “Bubblegum Pink”, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear “Mellow Yellow”.
It had been quite a while since his last bath and Pug was starting to smell pretty ripe. Of course I had to take a picture of him looking all pitiful. Even though the part he really hates is the blow dryer.
As is illustrated here. This is a still shot from a video I’ll be uploading soon. Pug viciously attacks not the blow dryer nozzle, but the stream of air coming out of it. This snippet with his mouth full of air and lips flapping cracked me up.
I stopped by one of my favorite local cupcake shops to buy myself a treat and buy one as a surprise for my mom. I went during the “Hoppy Hour” Easter promotion where you got to choose an Easter egg and open it up to reveal a prize. Well, imagine my surprise when I opened my egg to find a free dozen cupcakes! I was expecting 10% off or something.
I went for 2 cupcakes and left with 14. It was quite the hardship eating them all (I did share some) but I was committed to the task.
All gussied up for the Easter Egg Hunt.
Searching for eggs.
I’m definitely not a hockey fan, but several of the St. Louis Blues players work with Stray Rescue of St. Louis and other local animal charities. So, I’m rooting for them in the playoffs. My mom’s dog Tia Maria has actually met Blues player David Backes, so naturally she is showing her support!
Thanks to a Tweet by Minnie and Max I learned about NASA’s Earth Day #GlobalSelfie project in time to participate with the pups.
I call this pose Pug’s Frenchie impression.
