Pugs’ First Easter Egg Hunt
This weekend Pugs got to participate in his first Treat’s Unleashed Easter Egg hunt (with me anyway). I knew Pug wouldn’t likely be able to handle the walking, so he rode in the K9 Sport Sack to offer moral support (and help eat treats). Overall I think Pug has the stronger sniffer – last year he went right for the treat-filled eggs whereas Pugs was equally as interested in checking out the other dogs, but overall he did a pretty good job.
This is our official portrait with the Easter Bunny courtesy of Treats Unleashed. I was nervous how Pugs would react to having the strange bunny holding him, but he did wonderful!
My BFF and my birthday twin accompanied me to help get video footage during the action. Pug and Baby loved being eye-to-eye in their baby carriers!
Pugs even got to wear Pug’s Easter polo.
As we were leaving we met another 13 year old pug! Doesn’t he look so much like Pug? Even down to the crusty nose.

Great photos! My Basset minion would love it if there was an event like that where we live! She says, “Woof Woof!” meaning Happy Easter to you all! Mew Mew!

Pug and the baby look like they are fast friends, and they are the same size! I wonder what Pugs will think when the baby turns into a big kid but Pugs is still the same size?

Love that baby-and-pug shot. There’s just something special about this breed and little people. Liam absolutely adores babies–and he doesn’t even live with any!
